Summary:
We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee a team of housekeeping staff, ensure cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff
- Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure standards are met
- Schedule staff shifts and allocate duties
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and effectively
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical handling
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
