Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Agent to assist customers with booking reservations for travel, accommodations, or events.
Job Responsibility:
- Answering incoming calls and emails from customers looking to make reservations.
- Providing information on available options, rates, and restrictions.
- Processing reservations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Confirming reservations and sending booking details to customers.
- Handling customer inquiries, changes, and cancellations effectively.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a reservation or booking setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using reservation software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
