Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Agent to assist customers with booking reservations, answering inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibility:
- Answering incoming calls and emails from customers to assist with booking reservations.
- Providing accurate information about availability, pricing, and policies.
- Processing reservations and payments in a timely manner.
- Resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using reservation software and Microsoft Office applications.
