Front Desk Agent

Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

This position is based at Riviera Rayhaan by Rotana Doha.

Job Responsibility:
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
- High school diploma; additional certification in Hospitality is a plus
