Reservation Agent

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Agent to assist customers with booking reservations, providing information on services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This position is based at Riviera Rayhaan by Rotana Doha.

Job Responsibility:
- Answering incoming calls, emails, and messages to assist customers with booking reservations.
- Providing information on available services, rates, and packages to customers.
- Processing reservations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of reservations.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company policies, procedures, and services.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
