Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The Waiter/Waitress will take customers' orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure excellent customer service.
This position is based at Riviera Rayhaan by Rotana Doha.
Job Responsibility:
1. Greet customers and present menus
2. Take and serve food and drink orders
3. Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
4. Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience
5. Handle complaints or concerns with professionalism
6. Clean and set up dining areas
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
