Assistant Financial Controller

Job Summary:
The Assistant Financial Controller will support the financial controller in managing accounting and financial functions within the organization.

Job Responsibility:
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Support in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Assist in financial analysis and performance reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Help in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
- Assist with audits and tax preparation

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
