Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Captain in Food & Beverage to oversee the serving staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high-quality standards in the dining area. The Captain will be responsible for assisting the management in managing daily operations, coordinating with the kitchen staff, and handling customer inquiries and concerns.
Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and train serving staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure smooth operations in the dining area, including seating arrangements and order management
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and maintain quality standards
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders for supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving service quality and customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Captain or in a similar role in the Food & Beverage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
