Take the Helm as Our Cluster General Manager and Lead Multiple Hotels to Excellence
As Cluster General Manager, you will lead with vision, discipline, and commercial focus across a portfolio of hotels. You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and brand consistency while ensuring every property delivers exceptional guest experiences and sustainable business results.

Education, Qualifications & Experiences
Proven Cluster or Multi-Property Leadership Experience
A strong track record of successfully managing multiple hotel operations or large-scale properties in KSA, consistently delivering exceptional commercial, operational, and guest experience results across a portfolio.
Strategic & Commercial Thinker
Demonstrated ability to design and execute integrated cluster-wide strategies covering sales, revenue management, pricing, distribution, and market positioning to maximize total portfolio performance.
Multi-Property Operational Expertise
Extensive hands-on experience overseeing operations across several hotels, ensuring consistent brand standards, operational efficiency, and service excellence across all departments and locations.
Leadership & Talent Development Capability
Strong ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams across multiple properties, with proven success in succession planning, talent retention, and organizational capability building.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management Skills
Excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with owners, asset managers, corporate stakeholders, employees, and guests across diverse markets and properties.
