Commercial Director – Rotana Jabal Omar, Makkah

We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Commercial Director to lead the Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, and E-Commerce functions at Rotana Jabal Omar. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maximizing market share, and ensuring the achievement of the hotel's commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the hotel's commercial strategy across all revenue-generating segments.
• Lead and manage the Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams.
• Drive room, F&B, and ancillary revenues to achieve and exceed budgeted targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key corporate, government, and travel partners.
• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and business opportunities to maximize hotel revenues.
• Conduct regular commercial reviews and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with operational departments to ensure commercial goals are aligned with guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Monitor sales production and implement action plans to improve performance and market penetration.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and brand positioning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Rotana standards, policies, and commercial guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hotel commercial leadership, preferably with strong Revenue Management expertise.
• Solid background in Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

You should be holding a bachelor degree in hospitality management with focus on sales and possess a minimum of five years’ experience in a sales leadership position. You must be a computer literate with excellent presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in written and oral English and Arabic.
