Summary:
We are looking for a talented Commis 2 to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in our kitchen. You will work under the supervision of a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef to ensure that the kitchen operates efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes according to recipes and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and quality standards
- Help in receiving and storing food supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and high-quality service
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commis or relevant role in a kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Culinary school diploma is a plus
