Job Description


Job Summary:
The Assistant Director of Sales will support the Director of Sales in leading and coordinating the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibility:
1. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
2. Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
3. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Director of Sales.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experience and satisfaction.
5. Identify new business opportunities and lead efforts to secure new clients.
6. Provide training and guidance to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
