Summary:
We are seeking a professional and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations in our five-star hotel.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
- Manage the budgets and financial performance of the F&B department.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create innovative menus and offerings.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze F&B trends to adapt to changing customer preferences.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager in a five-star hotel.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
