Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team in Saudi Talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and managing all front desk duties in a professional and efficient manner.
Job Responsibility:
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and surrounding area
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate information is entered into the system
- Handle phone calls and redirect them as necessary
- Manage payments and cash handling procedures
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
