Head Housekeeping Attendant

Job Summary:
The Head Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, managing a team of housekeeping staff, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance within a hotel or similar establishment.

Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, including assigning duties, training new employees, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained.
- Manage inventory and order supplies needed for housekeeping operations.
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by following safety and security procedures.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a housekeeping role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management position.
- Excellent knowledge of housekeeping procedures and practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for cleanliness and maintenance.
