Driver

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Human Resources professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our colleagues.

As a Driver you are responsible to meet and provide assistance to colleagues in any driving related duties and responsibilities whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:

• Drive a company-owned bus, providing safe and efficient driving in a responsible and considerate manner
• Perform routine vehicle inspection and daily maintenance including checking the oil, fuel, brakes, lights, windshield wipers, water, and tires pressure
• Maintain records of work performed; make timely reports of accidents, and unusual occurrences
• Ensure effective handover is done, gaining information from earlier shift
• Forward all colleagues’ complaints or problems to the Human Resources Manager
• Perform any trips and drive with the hotel car / bus as requested
• Ensure that the colleagues are driven safely to their respective destinations

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should ideally have a vocational training in the hospitality field with previous experience in the Transportation field. You need to be a holder of a valid local Driving License and be well versed with the country traffic laws.

Knowledge & Competencies
The ideal candidate will be a presentable, young minded individual with an outgoing and friendly attitude. You are an extremely proactive and ‘switched on’ person with a hands-on and flexible approach and be able to adapt to unpredictable events.
