Kitchen - Oriental Chef

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Oriental Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Oriental dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Job Responsibility:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Oriental dishes including but not limited to stir-fries, noodles, curries, and soups
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and according to recipes and plating standards
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Oriental Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Oriental cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Certification from a culinary school is a plus
