Lifeguard ( Certified )

Summary:
We are seeking a Certified Lifeguard to ensure the safety of swimmers and guests at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventing accidents, enforcing rules, and responding quickly to emergencies.

Job Responsibility:
- Supervise swimmers and guests to prevent accidents and ensure their safety at all times.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to emergencies, performing rescues and administering first aid as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool and surrounding areas to identify and address potential hazards.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with swimmers, guests, and staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool equipment, changing rooms, and other related areas.

Candidate Requirements:
- Must be certified as a Lifeguard by a recognized organization.
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform rescues and administer first aid when necessary.
