Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Oriental Chef to join our team at a 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious and authentic Oriental dishes for our guests to enjoy.
Job Responsibility:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Oriental dishes according to hotel recipes and standards
- Ensure the highest level of food quality, taste, and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Oriental Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant
- In-depth knowledge of Oriental cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
