We are looking for a detail-oriented Reservation Agent to assist customers with their booking needs, handle inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
Job Responsibility:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with booking reservations.
- Provide information about availability, pricing, and policies.
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth booking processes.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Reservation Agent or similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
