Job Summary:
The Reservation Agent (Saudi Talent) will be responsible for handling reservations, inquiries, and cancellations for customers. They will ensure excellent customer service throughout the reservation process.
Job Responsibility:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with booking reservations.
- Provide accurate information on hotel availability, rates, and amenities.
- Process reservations and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints related to reservations.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Candidate Requirements:
- Saudi Talent with fluency in Arabic and English.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
