Stewarding Shift Leader

Summary:
We are currently seeking a Stewarding Shift Leader to oversee and coordinate the activities of the kitchen stewards to ensure a clean and organized work environment in our establishment.

Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and lead a team of kitchen stewards during shifts
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas including equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Train new stewards on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Manage schedules and assign tasks to stewards
- Handle any issues or conflicts within the team

- Proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
