Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Front Office Telephone Operator to manage our telephone system and assist visitors in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, handling all incoming calls and providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibility:
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and timely manner
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telephone operator or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer service orientation
- High school diploma or equivalent
