Job Summary:
The Team Leader - Front Desk is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk area, ensuring efficient and exceptional customer service, and leading a team of front desk staff.
Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and manage a team of front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Ensure smooth operation of the front desk area, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and cleanliness of the front desk area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Implement and enforce front desk policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leader position
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of front desk software systems
