Job Description
- Develop IT strategies to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.
- Oversee and monitor IT operations and systems to ensure seamless operations and high service levels.
- Provide state-of-the-art technologies equipped with the latest hardware and software to deliver the highest levels of performance, security, and resource efficiency while minimizing costs and operational impact.
- Establish strategic service provider partnerships to enhance service levels and support.
- Develop contingency and troubleshooting plans for all systems to ensure high levels of business continuity.
- Manage, develop, and motivate IT staff to ensure efficiency and foster a team spirit.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve internal and external guest satisfaction to achieve hotel objectives at RGSS and RESS.
- Develop policies and procedures to guarantee the availability, integrity, and security of data and assets in line with company standards, ensuring business continuity.
- Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets for IT systems to ensure cost efficiency and quality control.
- Prepare and present a monthly activity report to the IT Regional Director and General Manager for effective communication.
Skills
- Preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
- Graduated from relevant university departments.
- Proficient in hotel information systems.
- Experienced in networking and other IT infrastructures.
- Proficient in English.
- Military service completed (for male candidates).
