The Reservation Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of reservations and ensuring efficient and effective reservation processes. This role involves managing reservation systems, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage and oversee the reservation process from start to finish
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on reservation priorities
- Monitor reservation systems for accuracy and efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints related to reservations
- Analyze reservation data and generate reports for management
- Implement strategies to optimize reservation processes and increase revenue
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in reservation management or a similar role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
