Assistant Manager - Recreation

Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to oversee our recreation facilities and activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of recreational services and programs within our organization.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement a variety of recreational programs and activities for all age groups.
- Manage and maintain recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- Supervise and train recreational staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Plan and coordinate special events and tournaments.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations within the recreational areas.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a recreational facility.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
