As an Assistant Outlet Manager, you are a driving force behind the energy and excellence of our restaurant and bar. You lead a passionate team, ensuring every guest experience is memorable, every detail is polished, and every moment reflects the spirit of hospitality.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience: Lead by example in delivering heartfelt service; while resolving concerns with empathy and professionalism.

• Team Development & Training: Identify growth opportunities and conduct regular on-the-job and off-the-job sessions to build confidence, skill, and Zestian pride.

• Collaborate on beverage menu innovation: Support the development and regular updates of the beverage menu, ensuring variety, creativity, and profitability aligning with guest preferences, seasonal trends, and brand’s identity.

• Sales & Promotions: Monitor outlet performance, analyze trends, and contribute to fresh promotional ideas to boost guest engagement and loyalty.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee scheduling, cost controling, and performance metrics to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Professional Image: Uphold grooming and appearance standards, using weekly checklists to maintain a polished and positive Zestian team image.

• Cleanliness & Safety: Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep meeting hotel standards. Promote safe and sustainable practices that protect guests, staff, and the environment.

• Policy Compliance: Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety protocols to maintain a secure and responsible workplace.

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should ideally have a degree in the hospitality field with previous experiences in the Food & Beverage field and further detailed beverage trainings. You must also have fluency in both written and spoken English and need to be proficient in MS Office, Windows and POS systems. Familiarity with Micros would be desirable, as well as previous international experiences will be highly regarded.

The ideal candidate will be a well presented, young and trendy manager with an outgoing and friendly attitude. You are an extremely proactive and ‘switched on’ person with a charismatic and approachable character and you’ve undergone basic supervisory / management development training certifications.
