Bartender/ Bartendress (German / Russian speaking)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Bartendress (Russian / German speakers)  to join our team and provide excellent customer service while serving a wide range of beverages to our patrons. As a Bartender/Bartendress, you will be responsible for creating and serving unique cocktails, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. 

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Provide menu recommendations and explain drink specials to customers
- Handle cash transactions, issue receipts, and maintain an accurate drawer
- Keep the bar area clean and organized at all times, including restocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and utensils
- Adhere to all food safety and beverage laws and regulations
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, their satisfaction with their drinks and overall experience
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery food when necessary
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Bartender/Bartendress
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Strong customer service skills and ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Good math skills and to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of drink recipes and ability to create unique and flavorful cocktails
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain clean and organized bar area
- Knowledge of food safety and beverage laws and regulations

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in German and Russian languages to effectively communicate with patrons and take their orders.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and the ability to serve a wide range of drinks to meet customer preferences.
- Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional service and create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
- Organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, such as taking orders, preparing drinks, and handling cash transactions, simultaneously.
- Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of orders and the presentation of drinks.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills build customers and provide personalized service.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to adhere to them to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Stamina and physical fitness to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, including their production, characteristics, and proper serving techniques.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry.
