Bell Attendant

Summary:
We are seeking a Bell Attendant to join our team and provide exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, transportation, and other guest needs during their stay at our establishment.

Job Responsibility:
- Greet guests upon their arrival and assist with unloading luggage from vehicles
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the local area
- Handle luggage storage and delivery requests
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and entrance areas
- Assist with valet parking services when necessary

Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for long periods
- Knowledge of local attractions and amenities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude and professional appearance

This position is based at The Cove Rotana - Ras Al Khaimah.
