Bellboy

Job Summary:
A Bellboy, also known as a Bellman, is responsible for assisting hotel guests with their luggage, providing directions and information about the hotel facilities, and offering a high level of customer service to enhance the guest experience.

Job Responsibility:
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist guests with their luggage, escort them to their rooms, and explain the features of the room.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests such as booking transportation, making restaurant reservations, and arranging tours.
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance as well as a clean work environment.

Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
