Summary:
As a Captain Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant or dining area, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Job Responsibility:
1. Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and drinks to customers.
2. Train and supervise waitstaff, hosts, and other F&B team members.
3. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
5. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for F&B supplies.
6. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
