Chef De Partie

Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our Gastro Pub – English Kitchen team. The successful candidate will assist the Head Chef in preparing high-quality dishes, oversee food preparation, and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.

Job Responsibility:
- Assist the head chef in creating and preparing high-quality dishes according to menu specifications
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of menu items in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages to the head chef
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or line cook in a similar setting
- Knowledge of English cuisine and familiarity with Gastro Pub style of cooking
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating culinary delights
- Culinary diploma or certificate is a plus
