Chef de Partie Bakery

Summary:
We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie Bakery to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of high-quality bakery items, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.

Job Responsibility:
- Assist in the preparation and production of various bakery items such as bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Ensure the quality and presentation of baked goods meet the standards set by the Head Baker
- Follow recipes and techniques accurately to maintain consistency in products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- Collaborate with the pastry team to develop new recipes and menu items

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie in a bakery or pastry kitchen
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and artistic creativity
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant field is a plus

Proficiency in baking techniques and methods
