Summary:
We are seeking a talented Chef De Partie specializing in the Hot Kitchen to join our team. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in accordance with our recipes and standards.
Job Responsibility:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and recipes
- Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Monitor and control stock levels and assist in ordering supplies
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a Hot Kitchen
- In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Certification from a culinary school is a plus
