Commis II

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Commis II to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen. You will be responsible for following recipes, preparing ingredients, and maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen environment.

Job Responsibility:
1. Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
2. Cook food according to recipes and guidelines provided by the chef.
3. Assist in cleaning and organizing the kitchen and storage areas.
4. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
5. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Commis II or similar role in a professional kitchen.
2. Knowledge of various cooking techniques and procedures.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
4. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
5. Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts is a plus.
