Commis II

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Commis II to join our team and assist in preparing delicious dishes in accordance with our menu. The successful candidate will help in the smooth running of the kitchen by ensuring that everything is prepared and presented to high quality standards.

Job Responsibility:
- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking different dishes as per the chef's instructions
- Help in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
- Follow food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Commis II or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Certificate/diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant field is a plus

Skills:
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Basic understanding of cooking techniques and knife skills
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
