Job Description

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest-focused professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a CRM Administrator, you are responsible for handling the technical requirements of the Loyalty & Partnership programs of Rotana with the use of the CRM system software, whereby your role involves managing and administering member databases and ensuring that the technical processes are flowing smoothly as per the programs’ Terms & Conditions. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:

• Ensuring accuracy of member profiles as per set standards
• Adding and updating configuration settings for new and existing points collection plans
• Updating system configuration for newly-opened properties
• Facilitating claims for missing Rotana Rewards points and partner FFP miles, while identifying causes and promoting technical and property operational standards
• Providing technical assistance to the Loyalty team
• Liaising with IT and CIS team for required technical support and developments
• Preparing the monthly Loyalty & Partnerships Report
• Gathering data from the system for reports required by Marketing, Finance, and other departments
• Knowledgeable about promotions, special events and functions in facilities and venues at Rotana properties
• Maintain the confidentiality of all member’s information

Skills

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should ideally have a college diploma and previous work experience with Micros Opera PMS. Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and good command of English are a must and any other language skills will be an asset.

Knowledge & Competencies

The ideal candidate will be courteous, able to work with minimal supervision, be discreet and capable of dealing with high level of confidentiality. You are self-motivated and with a positive attitude, the ability to think laterally and undertake initiatives, along with an outgoing, charismatic and approachable character. You will work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and be a great team player with a concern for quality, while possessing following additional competencies:
