Director of Housekeeping

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Director of Housekeeping to oversee all housekeeping operations and ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of our facilities.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures
- Manage and train housekeeping staff
- Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to housekeeping

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
