Director of Housekeeping - Female

Summary:
As a Director of Housekeeping - Female, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the housekeeping department in a commercial or residential setting.

The position is based at The Cove Rotana. 

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff
- Inspect and ensure cleanliness of all rooms and common areas
- Manage inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies
- Handle guest feedback and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain budgets and control costs within the department
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
