Summary:

Skills
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience in a leadership role within a technical or engineering team.
3. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
5. In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, processes, and tools.
