Executive Secretary

Job Summary:
We are looking for a competent Executive Secretary to support high-ranking officials in our company. The Executive Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information.

Job Responsibility:
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for meetings.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office and office equipment.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discreet with strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
