Job Description
We are currently seeking for a young and dynamic Facilities Management Executive who will be responsible for administering and managing all aspects of Facility Management and ensuring maximum satisfaction of all tenants at the Residence & Offices Buildings.
As a Facilities Management Executive you are responsible for the overall facility operations and actively market the property in order to maximize occupancy level at rentals, based on the pre agreement between the management and the owner, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:
•Conduct up to date market surveys/analysis on rents and advise the management accordingly
•Prepare and review all tenancy contracts and ensure tenants compliance to the signed terms and conditions, report any violence/abuse immediately to the management for further necessary actions
•Monitor helpdesk personnel to ensure guests receive prompt and warm attention at all times
•Follow up on all maintenance services/requests and repairs pertaining to building and ensure coordinating with concerned departments to action them without any delays and ensure safety, security and health measurements are in place at all times
•Ensure all legal requirements by all authorities are in place to avoid any violation penalties by the legal authorities
•Ensure correct recording of tenants complains and create proper follow up system indicating actions taken to be able to measure the tenant’s satisfaction level and find out different ways to improve the services considering the limit of empowerment extended by the Management.
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should ideally have a college diploma and relevant previous work experiences. You should also have excellent personal presentation along with the ability to solve problems effectively. Computer literate will be highly regarded.

The ideal candidate will be courteous, able to work with minimal supervision and capable of dealing with high level of confidentiality. You are self motivated with a positive attitude, the ability to think laterally and undertake initiatives. You will work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and be a great team player with a concern for quality, while possessing following additional competencies:
