Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Head Waiter/Head Waitress to oversee the food and beverage service operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality customer service, lead a team of wait staff, and contribute to a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Job Responsibility:

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Head Waiter/Head Waitress or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
2. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
3. Strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively manage a team of wait staff.
4. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, serving techniques, and wine pairings.
