Food & Beverage - Outlet Manager

Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a Food & Beverage outlet within the hotel or hospitality establishment. They are in charge of ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of food and beverage services to guests, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage outlet, including staff scheduling, training, and supervision.
2. Create, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures to ensure smooth operations and compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring their satisfaction and handling any complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
4. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that supplies and equipment are ordered and maintained to meet customer demand.
5. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure proper coordination and smooth flow of food and beverage service.
6. Prepare and analyze reports on sales, costs, and profitability, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to meet financial goals.
7. Plan and oversee special events or promotions, working closely with the marketing team to maximize revenue opportunities.
8. Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, provide feedback, and motivate the team towards achieving high standards of performance.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings, making recommendations for menu enhancements or operational improvements.
10. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Outlet Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including service standards, menu planning, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership skills, with a focus on motivating and developing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Attention to detail, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard software and systems.
