Front Desk Agent

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will welcome guests, manage reservations, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.

Job Responsibility:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
- Manage reservations and ensure accuracy of guest information
- Provide information about facilities, services, and local attractions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
