Front Desk Agent

Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting a hotel or office. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and provide exceptional customer service to all guests.

Job Responsibility:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle all guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously
- Handle reservations and cancellations
- Provide information about hotel/office facilities, services, and local attractions
- Resolve guest complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and tidy front desk area

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and booking/reservation systems
- Customer-oriented and able to handle difficult situations with patience
- Multitasking and time-management skills
- High school diploma; degree in Hospitality or relevant field is a plus
