Front Desk Agent

Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Job Responsibility:
- Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel
- Answering phone calls and managing reservations
- Providing information about hotel services, facilities, and surrounding areas
- Handling guest complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality is a plus
