Front Desk Agent

Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Job Responsibility:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel facilities and services
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments and keep accurate records of guest transactions

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with patience
- Knowledge of hotel procedures and systems is a plus
