As the Global Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for defining and leading Rotana’s comprehensive global marketing vision and strategy. This pivotal role requires a dynamic, strategic leader with a proven track record in brand building, digital transformation, and international market growth. You will oversee all marketing functions; from global brand management and digital innovation to guest loyalty, distribution partnerships, PR, and experiential marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and champion a unified global marketing strategy aligned with Rotana’s business objectives.
- Lead brand management, positioning, and integration across all markets to ensure consistent guest experiences.
- Drive digital marketing transformation, personalization, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics.
- Oversee the guest loyalty marketing strategy, enhancing engagement, retention, and member value through innovative campaigns.
- Strengthen distribution and channel marketing, optimizing partnerships with travel partners, and direct channels.
- Build impactful content, storytelling, PR, and communications that showcase Rotana’s unique hospitality ethos.
- Lead experiential marketing and events that create memorable guest connections.
- Champion market research and insights to guide growth, innovation, and ROI-focused decision-making.
- Inspire, mentor, and scale a high-performing global marketing team while fostering a culture of agility, accountability, and creativity.
Skills
What We’re Looking For
- 12+ years of senior marketing leadership experience in hospitality, travel.
- At least 4 years leading a marketing team at corporate / headquarters or the global marketing office of a hotel chain.
- Proven success in leading international brand strategy and digital marketing innovation.
- Strong expertise in CRM, loyalty, omnichannel campaigns, and data-driven marketing.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence, inspire, and align cross-functional teams.
- A strategic visionary with hands-on execution ability and a deep understanding of global hospitality markets.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and thought leadership presence.
